Mighty
Tigers (Ages 4-6)
Four to six
year olds are ready to learn so our program
teaches them not only cool karate moves they
will love, but also teaches them about courage,
concentration, endurance, honesty, respect
and so many other concepts that lead to success.
The first six months are spent on very basic
movements, but then they're ready to excel
and almost keep up with the older children!

Children
(Ages 6-12)
This age is
critical to building self-confidence, self-esteem,
self-discipline and values. They soon will
be teenagers and you won't have immediate
control over them, so now is the time to make
sure they understand what proper behavior
is and why it is so very important. At the
same time that we're building values so they
know how to say "no" to bad influences,
we're building physical skills so they don't
have to worry about bullies in school!

Teens
and Adults (13 +)
Adults and
teens learn self-defense techniques that teach
philosophy! Sounds backwards, but it really
works! How we step and move leads to a deep
understanding of how we are to conduct ourselves
in society. It's a fascinating study for adults
-- learning a philosophy that is over 2,500
years old but is so successful that it is
taught in all the major military academies
throughout the world! Adults and teens train
together, sweat and learn together and build
relationships that last for years.

Advanced
Training
All students,
regardless of age can continue their study
of our art for the rest of their lives --
that is how much material there is! We do
not have black belts in our type of karate
– the belts are midnight blue; but they
mean the same thing: excellence and a dedication
to doing the very best we can in everything
we do. Our midnight blue belt testing is very
challenging and all students know that they
have earned their rank.

Baby Boomer Martial Arts
If you're over the age of 45, and you no longer feel like you want to keep up with the 20 year olds, this program is for you. Our Baby Boomer Martial Arts combines our regular Soo Bahk Do style karate, but at an easier, more appropriate pace, with Tai Chi and Chi Kung. Tai Chi developes balance and reduces the effects of stress, while Chi Kung builds energy and distributes it throughout the body. This program is taught in the early AM twice a week, and is conducted by Master Pryor
