For Children and Adults!

Children: Did you ever meet a child who could walk up to you, shake your hand, look you in the eye and have an intelligent conversation with you? A child who knew that junk food is junk? Who always performed well in school? Who was popular in their class and behaved well towards his brothers and sisters? Who did what he(she) was supposed to do, when he was supposed to do it, whether or not he wanted to do it?

I think you'll agree that's an amazing child.

Adults: Have you ever known someone who was always neat and organized? Who never cursed or raised their voice? Who was always gentle and mild, but inside, you knew that they meant exactly what they said? Who was successful in business or in taking care of a home, and contributed to their community? Whose family was an example everyone else was jealous of?

That's a truly exceptional adult, isn't it?

Here's the point. You, or your child or teen can become much more like the examples above. Listen to this: martial arts isn't about kicking and punching. It's about improving your character. Yes, you'll learn how to defend yourself, thoroughly, from almost any bully or bad guy.
